These Crumbs Cookies | Best Cookies in Gold Coast Chocolate Chip Cookies are the bomb and you can find the recipe in Cookidoo® and make them using your Thermomix®.

I crashed early last night and woke up to find a batch of these made in the morning.

Apparently my youngest requested them as a special back-to-school morning tea lunchbox treat and hubby made them.

These TM7 guided cooking is so easy that anyone who can read, can Thermomix. And your kitchen isn’t left looking like a disaster zone afterwards. 🙌

I’m actually quite a lazy person.

I’ll make Banana and Oatmeal Energy Bars after making Carrot Cake Bliss Balls and don’t bother washing the bowl in between.
Don’t see the point here.

This batch is heading straight to the freezer for emergency breakfasts-on-the-go and afternoon snacks. For me, not the kids.

Everyone’s making school lunchbox treats, I’m just putting my oxygen mask on first and looking out for me. You don’t want to see me hangry, trust. I’ll bake for the kids later tonight.

You can find the recipe for these bars in Cookidoo® - it’s a great one if you need to use up overripe bananas but are trying to be healthy and don’t want to make cake.

These Carrot Cake Bliss Balls are the perfect treat to enjoy with an afternoon cuppa (and make at the last minute when a friend is coming over!)

Packed with nutrients, healthy fats and antioxidants, there’s zero guilt eating these at any time of the day.

These keep well in the fridge but I like freezing them for future emergency snacks.

On last day of school holidays, my boys requested Spaghetti Carbonara for dinner - nothing could be easier.

This was followed by Tiramisu for dessert which had been prepared earlier.

I love a little Italian night.

After performing Thermomix® Demos all day I need a quick and easy dinner but it’s Saturday night so it has to be a little bit fancy.

Thermomix® Prawn and Chorizo Paella for the win 🙌

I tend to always halve the Chorizo, double the prawns and stir through frozen peas at the end. A bottle of white is always opened while the onion and capsicums are sautéing.

Minimal prep, hands-free cooking and minimal washing up afterwards, this one-pot wonder is quicker and easier than ordering takeaway. Find this recipe in Cookidoo.

Feta, Spinach and Potato Frittata for a light Friday night dinner, served with freshly baked Pizza Bianca and a crisp garden salad.

You can find the recipes in Cookidoo®. I increased the portion size to feed 12 so there were plenty of ‘seconds’ available and leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Packed with veggies and protein, this is a great dish to make ahead and store in the fridge for snacks or pack in the school lunchboxes….HELLO Term 4!

Banana Bread - a happy little accident and the solution to using up a load of neglected fruit 🍌

The Thermomix® makes Banana Bread mixture in minutes - the recipe in Cookidoo® is gold.

Sometimes I like to add dark chocolate chips to the mixture before baking or even swirl through some Nutella or chopped walnuts - it’s a great base recipe.

You can make this cake gluten free by using gluten-free flour instead of regular.

Banana Bread keeps well for a couple days in a container and freezes really well. Serve for breakfast, brunch, as a snack, lunchbox treat or warm with ice cream for dessert.

Look what came in the mail today - another trophy. 📪

Earlier this year I won a Team Leader challenge for the highest number of Thermomix® Consultants in my division who made at least one sale within March. Every one of my team members earned a branded black Thermomix® cap and a piece of jewellery of their choice from ToniMay. 💍

Stepping up as a Team Leader wasn’t an easy call. I wasn’t sure I had the skills, or that I could do it on top of running my own Thermomix® business, working part-time and juggling family life. With the support of my mangers and other leaders who believed in me, I made it here and am smashing it 💪

My team is growing, and this trophy is proof of what we’ve built together - there’s still room for you.

The boys were on dinner duty tonight.

Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken Wings - the perfect dude food.

They made this as well as rice and broccoli using the Thermomix® and found it super easy - plus my kitchen didn’t end up looking like a disaster zone!

I always say; “if you can read, you can Thermomix” - it’s nice that the pressure can be taken off meal times and can be shared around with the family. Plus it gets my boys off their screens for a moment too.
