PROJECT FEATURE – PANACHE BUILDERS | HIGH-END CUSTOM HOME | TRUGANINA

Forever Bright Cladding & Carpentry are proud to be partnering with Panache Builders on a premium custom residential build in Truganina, delivering both specialist façade and internal carpentry works.

Our initial engagement was for approximately 80 squares of MondoClad aluminium façade installation, focused on the front balcony and external feature areas. Through early collaboration and confidence in our team’s commercial construction experience, the project expanded into key internal lock-up and fit-off carpentry scopes.

Working alongside the builder, our team has supported:

• Internal lock-up carpentry works
• New commercial split-jamb systems with trowelled-in frames and plaster detailing
• Framing adjustments and straightening of walls to improve finish tolerances
• Steel frame modifications
• Bulkheads and feature framing
• Movie theatre framing works
• Subfloor carpentry
• Bathroom and kitchen compliant lock-up for amenities
• General high-end carpentry support throughout the build

The boys have done a fantastic job getting back to our carpentry roots, delivering everything from framing adjustments and straightening walls through to the everyday but critical lock-up carpentry that keeps premium residential builds moving.

This project highlights a return to our carpentry foundations while reinforcing the strength of our specialist façade offering. While aluminium cladding remains our core focus, being able to support builders with broader construction scopes allows us to become a stronger delivery partner and help keep projects moving efficiently.

The client has entrusted Forever Bright not only with the aluminium façade package, but also key internal works — a strong sign of confidence in our team and the quality of delivery.

This relationship with Panache Builders represents another exciting step forward, creating opportunities for ongoing collaboration and future projects.

Slightly out of scope for us today, but still well within our capabilities.

We were called in to rectify three plaster patches in a ceiling after a previous trade had unfortunately left behind a bit of a botched finish. While our bread and butter is commercial cladding, façades and skylight installs, we’re always happy to help good clients when we can.

We’ve completed cladding works for this client previously, and they reached back out asking if we could help rescue the situation and get things back on track. Today, we scraped back the failed areas, patched and reapplied a fresh top coat to the ceiling, ready for final sanding to achieve a much smoother, cleaner finish.

Sometimes the smaller jobs are about helping people out and leaving things better than you found them.

Big shout out to the client as well — the homemade Indian breakfast and chai this morning was unreal and very much appreciated. The small things matter on jobs, from both the client and trade side. Respect goes both ways.

Nice little community project wrapped up at Melbourne Girls Grammar in South Yarra.

Quote approved Monday, straight into fabrication with our partners at CSP, who also helped us out with space to get the sheets painted and ready to go.

Friday night, Dara and Owen jumped in, stripped off the existing non-compliant facade, and got the area ready for the new Equitone rail system.

This is around the eighth Equitone system we’ve completed start to finish now, and the process is getting sharper every time.

Small job, but a good example of why it pays to get the right facade team involved from the start.

A really enjoyable project from start to finish on this one.

This facade brought together multiple product systems from Fairview, including the VitraCore G2 range alongside the Genesis cement sheet systems. A lot of fine detail throughout the build, with several different facade elements needing to marry in seamlessly through flashings, interfaces, and various architectural components.

This one definitely required a more hands-on approach onsite to bring all the details together properly, but the finished result speaks for itself.

Big thanks to our partners at Vitrum Windows and Fairview for helping streamline the process along the way, and to the team at SJA Higgins for trusting us to help bring the project to life.

Great seeing another quality community project completed, and proud to see the boys continuing to shine on projects like this.

Big thanks to our partners at CSP for giving us some floor space today so we could get two coats of external Weather Shield paint onto the ExoTec panels for the Melbourne Girls Grammar project.

These removable 18m² panels are being designed so the students can paint murals onto them and continue updating the artwork over time — a really cool community-focused project to be part of.

As part of our scope, Forever Bright Cladding & Carpentry will also provide:

* A one-hour tutorial for the onsite competent person/caretaker on how to safely remove and reinstall the panels.
* A simple PDF guide for future reference.
* Ongoing support if the school ever needs help removing or reinstalling the panels down the track.

The quick turnaround on this one has only been possible thanks to CSP letting us spread everything out and get moving quickly, especially with works only being able to happen outside school hours.

Current progress:

* CAD drawings approved
* Water jet cutting tomorrow
* Structural brackets fitted Wednesday
* Sheets collected Thursday
* Install Friday afternoon and Saturday

We actually had Jack and Caolán at the powder coaters with us last time getting a behind-the-scenes look at how everything comes together. The boys were at school today unfortunately, but Luke at CSP has already promised to get them back in again next time for another look around — which I’m sure they’ll be very excited about.

A really cool project and one we’re proud to help bring to life for the school community.
