This year, we celebrated Autumn by bringing the beautiful colours into the studio!
Like many trees, the leaves of our giant tree were ready to shed. We filled each leaf with things we ready to ‘get rid of’, be free from and that no longer serve us. Bullying, busyness, long division, feeling like a failure were among the many deep reflections.

When we need a little grounding, this is a great activity!
You only need a pebble, a pen and paper and a couple of minutes!
Let the pebble guide your pen around the page and notice your body, your breathing and let those racing thoughts slow a little!

Pipe cleaner flowers are making my heart sing… pretty, don’t need water, don’t die and are fun to make!! A perfect activity to keep busy hands busy!!

I’m back from Arendelle!! As many of you know, I have spent the last few months costuming Windmill Theatre Company’s production of Frozen Jnr. It was a challenge, a pleasure and a truly magical experience!! But I’ve put away the sewing machine and am back to play!!
