This year has been hard. Sales have been slow, the market is tough, and there have been moments where I’ve questioned everything.

But then I remember why I started T.House.

The only lasagne recipe you need 😉

Winter lasagne, one pan, no oven required.

This is my go-to when I want something deeply comforting but genuinely can’t be bothered with the oven.

Beef, mushroom, zucchini, carrot — all cooked down in one pan with broken lasagne sheets stirred right through.

Topped with parmesan and mozzarella. Done in 40 minutes.

It’s the kind of meal that makes the whole house smell incredible.
