Another late night at work last night which means I had energy when i got home to burn.

Not the healthiest snack I have made but its ok to have things you like in moderation.

When I finish work at 12am and the whole house is sleeping.
What does one do?
Yep I put on a batch of yoghurt!

The kids have found a new love for yoghurt since I have started putting it in these easy access food pouches. On a bonus for me they don't cost as much as store brought.

What did you have for breakfast today?

Mine was
1/2 cup of oats
1 tbsp lsa that I made
1/2tspn cinnamon
4-6 dates
1/4 cup milk

I started making this because I wanted sticky date pudding so bad but I wanted to get something close to it but alot healthier.
