Introducing myself for those who don’t know me…

I’m Kath, the face behind Made in SA. Mum of three boys and Yorke Peninsula local. If I don’t respond to your messages straight away it’s probably because I’m at work and I don’t check my phone until recess and lunch. 😆

I love my friends, I love my family, I love my community. I love pink (especially when it’s with red 😂) I love coffee, I love the beach and I love supporting SA made wherever I can.

I love Art, I love appreciating the small things and I love musicals, one of my favourite SA places to visit is the iconic Festival Theatre. 🙌

I love learning, I love hearing your stories and I love meeting people who are passionate about what they do.

Yesterday I fulfilled a wish I feel like I’ve had for 10 years, spend Mother’s Day in the Barossa with my boys.

We went to an amazing little spot called which I stumbled across recently on Instagram.

What a COOL little spot. It’s the home of and nearby hosts their workshops there.

It’s well worth a look and with the Barossa being so close to Adelaide and other regions (it took us just over an hour and a half to get there from the YP) there’s a huge lawn and playground for the kids, indoor or outdoor eating and a lot to look at in

While I would have loved to do a workshop in the afternoon we did Ten Pin Bowling at which I am actually terrible at. 😂

A quick stop in Nuri before heading home to check out on of the best supermarkets I’ve ever been into - huge fan of their range of coconut water I have to say, I’ve never seen more and a quick look at

We didn’t travel that far on the map but it felt like an escape to somewhere so pretty. ✨

I cannot wait until school hols to get back over for another look around and to try a workshop because who doesn’t want to hang out in a studio with a pink door? 🫶

How is this for amazing service, I was at football in Ardrossan today and just as I was about to leave I messaged Renee to see if she had flowers out on her stall - she didn’t but said she could whip me up a bunch. In the time it took me to pop in to Drakes she had prepared this! Love 😍🙌
