Please make sure you place your orders to stock up on all your favourite breads and baked goodies, as we will be taking some well-deserved time to rest and recharge. We will be closed from Saturday the 13th until Saturday the 27th, returning refreshed and ready to bake again!
Because this is our last bake week for the next two weeks, we have decided to offer some fresh-made frozen sourdough pizzas. They're convenient, delicious, and perfect to keep in the freezer for an easy meal when you need one.
🥖 Sourdough Care Instructions
• Store your loaf cut-side down on a wooden board or wrapped in a clean tea towel.
• Avoid storing sourdough in the fridge, as it can dry out more quickly.
• Fresh sourdough is best enjoyed within 3–5 days.
❄️ Freezing Your Sourdough
• Slice your loaf before freezing for easy use.
• Place slices or whole loaves in an airtight freezer bag.
• Freeze for up to 3 months.
• To enjoy, simply thaw at room temperature or pop slices straight into the toaster.
🍕 Frozen Sourdough Pizza Care
• Keep frozen until ready to use.
• Bake straight from frozen in a preheated oven at 200°C until hot, bubbly, and golden.
• Best enjoyed within 3 months for maximum freshness.
