Tomorrow it's Roast lamb and turkey, with hot cross bun pudding and coconut and lime cake for dessert 😋

When in the city next check out Bo Rarn Thai restaurant. . .

It was nothing short of amazing 👏

Pork belly melted in our mouths,
Beef massaman curry was to die for and so tender,
Thai green curry was authentic and full of flavour and spice!!!

Mum and I ventured into the city yesterday to see Sister Act and it was awesome 👌

I've been quiet lately as life is busy and I'm not wanting to put a lot of pressure on Isla to edit my videos while she navigates through the first year of high school!

Enjoy this video and recipe, it's honestly so delicious. And guilt free!

I've made it several times and now we don't chop the nuts we leave them whole.
I think the traditional recipe has peanuts, but I prefer mixed nuts (cashews, macadamias, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds)

I have been a bit quiet lately as I've had 2 kids sick this week and then been busy organising my Dad's 70th birthday party!

Huge day yesterday celebrating 🍾

My brother, husband and I organised all the food for friends and family and it turned out amazing 👏

Ben and Jaryd cooked the meat, and we had aged sirloin steaks cooked reverse sear over charcoal, Greek style chicken thighs cooked on the hot BBQ,
Potato salad, rice salad and Greek salad 🥗

Cake courtesy of Urban Desserts- this was a tricky one with all our intolerances but he managed to nail it!

It was layered with chocolate mousse, lemon cake crumb, raspberry compote then vanilla cake base 😋 everyone complemented this amazing creation!

Hidden veggie sausage rolls.
