Flexing with thought leaders. 🧠🇵🇸💪
I was lucky enough to attend an event hosted by Justice For Palestine | 🇵🇸 last night called “Silenced: Defiance & hope in times of political cowardice”
They brought together Antoun Issa, Max Chandler-Mather, and Dung Tran for a critical discussion on the current state of politics and what defiance and hope look like for those of us who, like my favourite artist BEN refuse to be silenced or look away. 🤐
Moderated by Remah Naji, the conversation ranged from grassroots resistance and the media’s role in a democracy under strain, to practical, actionable hope that attendees carried with them long after the event ended. 💪
I came away from last night inspired by these incredible individuals (and friends in the room), ready to be purposeful in making a difference in my community and life on this planet. 🙏
They say that if you surround yourself with the smartest people in the room it leads to accelerated learning and higher standards.
That is true.
But it’s more than that, all of these incredible people shared not just their knowledge, but they emanate the warm glow of courage and truth that few in Canberra can copy. ⚖️🕊️
Follow these inspiring warriors for justice and truth if you want to subvert the rise of facism and corporate control & corruption. >>>
