🌊For our third year, Amy and I invite you to retreat with us at the beautiful Wamoon (Wilson’s Prom) for a powerful weekend of connection with each other, all things yoga (well beyond the asana), ritual, incredible food, dance, endless cuppas, loads of laughter and relishing in Mother Nature 🌳

This year we are back to all bunking into one large lodge, creating a rich vibe of togetherness.

Calling all BUTTER BABIES ✨

Mums and Bubs yoga classes offer a nurturing space for mums to reconnect with their body and bond with Baby.

BUTTER BABIES is a fun and welcoming postnatal experience that offers a blend of:

- functional yoga movement,
- mindful breathwork,
- supportive stretching,
- calming meditation techniques, and,
- playfulness with Baby.

Over four weeks, BUTTER BABIES serves as a calm & supportive journey, empowering Mums to feel strong, grounded, and part of a welcoming & like-minded community.

A little about me...
~ I am really excited to share Butter Babies this March. I have three boys who are all at school now and I loved practising yoga with them in my belly, and LOVED it even more when we practised together both earth-side!

I taught Mums and Bubs classes for years with my live actual baby, and now enjoy sharing this incredible gift with other mums and whatever baby prop I can find in my kids rooms (usually a Bluey toy!).

Fleur and I both fell in love with north Bali, away from the crowd, this is a remote mountain Bali setting, yet less than 15 minutes from the coast.

You will have the space to completely drop in to your own sacred practice, in a way that’s meaningful for you.

You will have your own room, all incredible meals provided, daily practices, and excursions.

Truly an experience to take your breath away, hand on heart 💜
