You might notice some new friendly signs when you come and visit us to pick up your flowers! 💐

All of our customers have always been super respectful, polite and kind when visiting our property, but unfortunately we cannot say the same for one of our neighbors lately 🙄

Yes, those are real comments they have said to us after being asked to stop trespassing on multiple occasions.

We want to thank all of our wonderful customers for always being amazing and a super friendly reminder that as we live on a shared driveway to ensure you keep the speed limit down when driving up and down the driveway.

And if you see our new signs they age definitely NOT meant for our customers.

Remember, if the flower sign says “Open” at the top of the road or you have a pre-scheduled pick up, you are always welcome. 🙏

🌿 Our little pest managers are back at work! 🌼
One of our favourite plants on the flower farm isn’t actually grown for cutting... it’s the humble nasturtium.

These bright, cheerful flowers act as a sacrifice plant, attracting pests like aphids, caterpillars and whiteflies away from our cut flowers. Instead of munching on our zinnias, cosmos and other blooms, many pests choose the nasturtiums first.

They’re also fantastic for attracting pollinators and beneficial insects, helping create a healthier, more balanced ecosystem in the field. Less spraying, more biodiversity, and happier flowers—that’s a win in our books.

They’re easy to grow, edible, beautiful, and one of the hardest-working plants on the farm. Sometimes the simplest solutions really are the best. 💛🧡
