Warehouse & Retail Assistant - Casual position
Are you passionate about interiors, homewares and great customer service? Coastal Vintage is looking for another dynamic and reliable Warehouse & Retail Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, retail sales and warehouse operations in a fast-paced and creative environment. The role is a causal position 2-3 mornings a week from 9.30am-12.30pm. Some days you may need to stay an hour or two longer.
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers in-store with sales and product enquiries in both retail and wholesale.
* Providing exceptional customer service.
* Picking, packing and dispatching online orders and must be confident with processing sales.
* Receiving, unpacking and processing stock deliveries and maintaining an organised and efficient warehouse and retail space.
About You
* A genuine interest in interiors, furniture, homewares and design.
* Friendly, confident and professional when dealing with customers
* Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy stock when required - this is a must.
* Confident packing orders carefully and ready to ship.
* Able to multitask and work independently
Previous retail, warehouse or customer service experience is highly regarded
