WE’RE HIRING - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ✨
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a casual/part-time basis.
⏰ Days & Hours:
3 days per week. Days negotiable for the right candidate.
About the role:
This is a varied role that includes administration, customer service and showroom support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and sending quotes & invoices
• Scheduling jobs and organising daily job plans
• Responding to emails and answering phone calls
• Ordering stock for upcoming jobs
• Reconciling MYOB
• Assisting customers in the showroom with carpet and flooring selections
• Creating and posting social media content
About you:
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Friendly and professional manner
• Experience with MYOB preferred
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Basic social media skills
• Customer service experience
