{It is time to say farewell} 😢

As I embark on a new, suprising chapter in my career, I am filled with excitement, fear and a bit of overwhelm. There is also a bit of ‘impostorism’ in the mix too but time will tell how I undertake this new role I’ve suddenly landed! 😜

My business journey has been based my creative interests which mainly focused on my work w children or needs around my own girls. From MellyMooFelts to Lou Lou & Mae & then Wot Knot Macrame, each venture was a creative expression and an outlet in a sense that fostered my skills, my need to create and inadvertently, supported my mental health.

I am so grateful for the support & love from you all and wish you a beautiful Christmas and a very happy & healthy New Year.

{FACT} Small businesses don’t have staff or warehouses or machines that run identical items up in a jiffy. Our products are often unique, one of a kind, with sometimes hours going in to it to create one piece. One product for me might be redone five times before I’m happy to sell it (no dodgy product run out of my shop!). Plus small business owners do secret little happy dance when a sale is made. Can you see any of the staff of big department stores doing that? Meh 🫤

Think small business next time you shop pls 😁
