Yikes! When you look at it this way.... it's kinda a lot.
Our Olives with Altitude in a Chili vinaigrette have just been awarded a Silver Medal, bringing our total medal haul in Sydney to 13.... still in shock here!
Medals across 5 categories in both Sydney and Melbourne Royal, 10 of them gold.
Good things are happening in the kitchen today!

I am a very happy vinaigrette today, my favourite cocktail vinegar was awarded a Gold Medal at both Sydney and Melbourne Royal.
Sweet, tangy and deliciously red Raspberry Vinegar.
Love it!
I'm still coming to terms with all the medals we received this year.... 12 in the Sydney Speciality Food Comp and 6 at the Australian Food Awards in Melbourne, and the olives haven't been announced yet! Yikes.
Good stuff happens here in Orange.
