I LOVE AN AVO! Every day I have Avocado on Vitawheat crackers with Tasty cheese. Every. Day. 🥑

So tasty, so quick and so good for me! I tend to buy the wonky packs at the supermarkets, ripen them on the bench then they keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge.

Once cut I keep the stone in and pop over our Avocado cover. Then pop it in the wash for tomorrow (well, I lie, I have two rotated!!). If I go out for brunch I cannot go past Avo Smash - I really should try other things but it's so darn yummy.
