So while waiting for the brisket made a potato bake. I make it with sliced potato with a lactose free sourcream, lactose free cream and french onion soup mix layer with diced bacon and cheese - makes about 3 layers then the final layer is topped with cheese. Bake in the oven @ 200 degree to cook the potato and melt the cheese.
