Delicious Lemon Curd Chia Pudding 🍋

Wake up to a delicious breakfast that’s packed with wholesome, homemade goodness! This Lemon Curd Chia Pudding is creamy, refreshing, and perfect for meal prep or a healthy grab-and-go brekkie. I added vanilla collagen powder to mine for a protein boost!

I don’t know what it is, but every Skinny Mixers recipe is bursting with incredible flavour and always turns out beautifully.
