The Creative sometimes wants to build things up and sometimes they want to tear things down, pull them apart and put them back together in another way. A way that makes sense to them.
The Creative looks for the answer to the question, creatively problem solving and then debates what to do next. Or it goes full steam ahead without thinking, creating flow.
Only The Creative knows instinctively where something is heading and the final destination. Creating takes time, energy, patience, determination and the ability to not give up. It also knows when to walk away and when to come back and try again.
The Creative often can’t articulate the method, but they know when they create magic or the magic of flow.
The Creative can’t be rushed, micromanaged, project managed, outsourced or automated.
The magic is in the doing and the “doing” takes time.
The Creative needs human time to explore, adapt, learn and be. It is in the boredom and the normality of life that the spark of joy can be seen. The inspiration can come from anywhere. A sunset. A flower. A smile on someone’s face. When it is seen and acknowledged, it can no longer be contained or controlled.
It has to live outside of itself and thus the magic begins….
