I was recently commissioned to create 3 charcuterie boards that feature orchids. These were her mothers favourite flowers.

It was an privilege to be asked to create a special keepsake for each sister, in honour of their mother. All similar but different. Appreciate your faith & trust in me to create these for you ❤️

New Workshop Launch!

After suggestions from a few students, I'm doing another one off workshop for this year. Again, places are limited to 8 only.

Let's combine the ever popular Ocean Wave Cheeseboard Workshop and throw in some cheese knives!

You'll actually create your own handle designs for 3 cheese knives from scratch. Have fun with these using marbling techniques, embed shells / flowers etc or just plain...the choice is yours!

A few days ago, I hosted another charcuterie board workshop.

Michelle & her daughter in law, Elizabeth came along to create their own boards and what unique boards they were!

Elizabeth used Lego flowers she made and Michelle had these lovely rusty birds...both boards look just amazing 🤩
