A special birthday request from my sheep-obsessed little boy. There was really only ever going to be one choice for his cake!

Choc chip cookie cake, a little fondant and a cookie cutter… and suddenly, cookie cutters are officially cake cutters in this kitchen!

Happy 2nd Birthday to us!

I’m still so grateful that something I started purely for the love of baking… has grown into this fun, little world of sugary goodness.

I still question whether I’ve got every order right, but I know baking will always be something that quite literally feeds my soul.
