Stepping out of the wilderness.

So much goes into running a business.

Hands up 🙌🏼 those doing it ‘A-ll!’

As a dual-sole business owner we wear so many hats… you’ve seen the posts! Accounts, Marketing, Buyer, Designer etc…

I’m used to managing and multi tasking but hey, that was yesterday. It’s time to expand & delegate!

I’m putting a call out to local PA’s in the Mornington Peninsula area experienced in admin, a social media maven, shopify e-commerce and can meet in person for coffee meetings 😁

I know there’s a lot more a PA extraordinaire can do so I want to hear from you!

Room Trader & Co. or RT&Co,
was created out of a life long dream of owning my own brand and store.

The journey has not been straight. We’ve had curves and sharp bends, beautiful straights and glimmering horizons - which are present today!

Above all… being present in the moment, providing clients & the brand what’s needed,m, will always be most important -
- A positive experience
- Integrity
- Beauty
- Community & connection
- Transparency
- Conscious business processes…

Stepping further into ‘becoming’ takes evolution & growth, reevaluating and reassessing consistently.

For those who don’t know me, don’t know RT&Co.
I’m Sophia Yvette Steger - owner & artist from Studio Connect; a Creative Wellness Studio in sunny Seaford on the Mornington Peninsula.

And now, the suburb of Room Trader & Co’s new bricks & mortar home.

In 2018 RT&Co. launched with resounding success, travelled along beautifully as an online platform & private showroom filled with collections of beautiful local & international sourced artisanal wares, beauty products, accessories, art & lifestyle products…

Things in the world changed & rather then fold, we hibernated, reevaluate, realigned, reframed & grew in personal and professional realms.

What a journey right.

In a space of newness, we’re now launching on-store collaborating by gracious invitation with Yo-Ko Original Boutique 🙏🏼

Yoko’s owner Anne is a rare person of generous propositions, smart as a whip with the spirit & heart of pure joy, where we’ve connected on like-minded values of community, creativity and a love for service, business and well - all the beautiful things!

A kindred spirit.
Behind the scenes we’ve been having an absolute, forging a space of warmth & beauty.

And now it’s time to let the world share in our space.

It has been a hot minute since I was present here. So much has happened right?!

As we move through changes as a collective, so too does change occur on the individual front.

Hi my friends, family & RT&Co crew… I’m officially back and getting slowly back into action.

This time has been for focus on family, well-being and generally self revelation, and the progression of future pursuits.

What is necessary, what is not.
What works, what definitely does not.
How to best proceed and maintain momentum, plus also continue with the RT&Co mission in supporting the makers, creators and artisanal traditions of local and worldly peoples.

So much to shift through!
So much to be proud and so very joyous over, grateful over.

What has remained & please excuse the candidness, is my love for my original dream - the living breathing reality that is Room Trader & Co.
We are here still, breathing in
And breathing out.
Previously in hibernation evaluating all that is important behind the scenes so that our scope and insight, enjoyment and delight match out output.

It is here I say, we, I, am picking up where we left off & continuing strolling into the future firmly holding course to one beautiful evolving vision…
So much to share,
