We’ve reformulated our Rude Finger Candles, and here’s WHY!
While we loved using 100% natural soy wax, it came with a few challenges. Soy naturally develops something called frosting (those little white crystal-like patches), and our fingers were a little too fragile for the rough and tumble of Australia Post. 📦
So we made a change!
We’ve introduced paraffin into our soy wax blend, giving our fingers a stronger, shinier and smoother finish, with significantly less frosting and better durability during shipping.
And before anyone panics about the word paraffin 👀 It’s a widely used, refined candle-making wax that helps improve strength, appearance and burn performance. Like all candles, proper burning and ventilation are important, regardless of the wax used.
The result? Less breakage, less frosting and a whole lot more confidence that your finger arrives looking as fabulous as it should.
Same cheeky candle. Better formula. Still worth talking about. 🖕💗
