Australian artist creating colourful, vibrant art from my home studio in the Shoalhaven 💕💕 Jess Hutchison is a full-time artist based on the South Coast of NSW.

Inspired by her surroundings and love of colour, her vibrant artworks feature some of Australia’s most colourful flora and fauna. She paints in a unique style that blends realism with quirky, loose and colourful lines. Working primarily with acrylic and Posca markers on canvas –she hopes to create a connection and evoke a sense of calm and happiness through her art. Jess has collaborated with well

-loved Australian brands such as Ashdene, LaLa Land and Aromapot Candles to create a range of beautiful homewares and stationery products featuring her unique artwork. There's just a few hours left of my 15% off canvas prints and original art sale. When it comes to canvas prints - this is a memorable photo to share. That's me (trying to hide in the corner 😆) in the foyer of my amazing printer/ framer Photomart during a canvas print sale in 2020. I only had a few artworks back then but the response was amazing and it was so nice to see prints all together before they were packaged up and shipped!. Thanks Brent and Corey for talking me into taking this photo 😉.

That time for Australian artists and makers was incredible and the support shown for our art and wares ignited many careers I'm sure.
It certainly set me on a trajectory that allowed me to consider this painting thing I'd always loved as a means to support my family. What a wild ride the last 6 years has been!.
