Job Opportunity at 1300Blinds – Casual Customer Service Role

Join our growing team at 1300Blinds! We’re seeking a friendly and organized individual for a casual role with the potential for part-time or full-time as our business expands.

Position: Casual Customer Service & Appointment Booking

Days: Friday (1 days/week, immediate start) more days as available.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Location: Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567 (In-office)

Future Potential: Opportunity to transition to part-time or full-time

What You’ll Do:
• Answer phone enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Book appointments across multiple areas/territories
• Nurture online enquiries to support our sales team
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience in appointment booking (ideally across multiple territories) is a big plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive team player eager to contribute
