Couldn’t plan a trip to London without visiting the Tate Modern on the Thames. As always a great mix of modern art, sculpture and photography. And in such an appealing location.

Annual inspirational trip to the fabulous Art Gallery NSW for the Archibald prize exhibition. Some fabulous portraits and as in previous years I’ve been as impressed with the talent of the junior exhibit. Photos 4 and 5 my favourite of these.

Dropped into Arthur G in Richmond last week to catch up with the lovely Lucy and Carmen to view their latest furniture designs. Brilliant as always 👏👏 🇦🇺

From dated to deliberate! A recently completed apartment renovation in Hawthorn with stunning results. In the kitchen the new charcoal and white colour scheme brings depth and clarity while the timber floors replacing cold floor tiles keep the whole space warm and welcoming. A modern refresh that still feels timeless.

I’ve hit the ground running in Sydney today checking rolls of fabrics and curtain details with my fab curtain team up here then onto the beautiful NSW Art Gallery for the Janet Dawson exhibition I’d be waiting to see. Of course one could never visit the Gallery without stopping in at Matt Morans restaurant to rehydrate and refuel!

Just drove across to collect and pack 25 (yes 25!) of the most beautiful bespoke scatter cushions into my car for 3 different projects/clients. Was struck by the beautiful mix of colours and textures visible beneath the wrapping and can’t wait for deliveries later this week (and to see through my rear view window again!!)

Had far too much fun this week with Sam and the South Pacific team. Amongst the fun and laugher, Jean-Luc from de Le Cuona presented a wonderful new collection of plush and textured fabric that I’ll look forward to using in cool months ahead.
