Hello Peeps,

Merry Christmas Eve!

Can you believe it’s that time of year already, where has the year gone? I’ve missed a year of shows 😊

I thought I’d take you out with me to visit the local Fresh Food and Seafood Markets.

So pleased, we got in early as the queues got longer everywhere we went. Patience is a virtue at this time of year!

At Peeps HQ we have a wonderful feast prepared, starting off with Fresh Prawns, Salads and not to forget the "Pièce de résistance" (masterpiece) Orange Marmalade Glazed Ham. Will try and pop a few pics in on Christmas Day.

It has been a while since my last cooking video.
Things have been pretty busy in the Peeps household with baking becoming somewhat of a luxury.

With Anzac Day approaching, I wanted to share this video from three years ago!

Anzac Day Cookie recipe from the good óle Edmonds Cookbook. They taste great and the homemade version is the best.

If you are able, there are many Anzac Day services you can attend, to help support our veterans and service personnel.

Hello Peeps,

Hope you are well.

I have been in Sydney and took a stroll through The Rocks Markets (have a look at https://www.therocks.com/whats-on/market-overview).

Its been a while since I last visited, it was so good to check out the food on offer.

With so many food options to choose from, you can find food stands, cafes and restaurants that will satisfy every taste!

We headed off to the Munich Brauhaus for lunch.
The three of us struggled to get through the Munich Platter and happily took away a doggie bag for Miss Rosie, my brother's Rottweiler.

With happy bellies it was an easy walk around the Rocks and the views were just spectacular.

We finished off our afternoon at the Park Hyatt Sydney for an Espresso Martini and Sticky Fig Pudding, Yummo :)

I love visiting The Rocks in Sydney, Australia, thanks for watching and I will see you back in Peeps HQ soon.

I hope you are well.

It's Easter and a great time to hop into the kitchen and prepare an Eggcellent Easter Pie!

This creation is not the chocolate kind -- I know you will probably be enjoying plenty of that anyway :)

This is a super easy ham and egg pie that you can take on a family picnic or when gathering with family and friends over the Easter break.

I have tweaked it a little... and so can you - Just replace the ham for any other meat like chicken or Salmon... or maybe go totally veggo, the choice is yours.

It’s a family fav in the Peeps household.

Easter is a special time and is celebrated by many cultures of Christian and Religious faiths.

They all commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

For me it is also a time to reflect and to show gratitude for the things that are important in my life.

However you spend Easter, from the Peeps family to yours, I wish you all a safe and happy one.

It's been a crazy few weeks with the flooding and major events happening overseas. I was hoping to spoil you with my food safari whilst in Sydney but the weather got a little crazy🌧☔️🌧 and I was unable to take you on that journey.

Hello Peeps, I'm currently in Sydney, discovering some amazing local businesses with sweet and savoury delights that will have your mouth watering and tummies rumbling.

Join me on a food journey as I pop up in the most amazing places.

To kick off my Sydney Food Safari, I found this amazing Greek-Cypriot cake shop in Eastgardens Christopher's Cake Shop. They make traditional and contemporary cakes, sweets and pastries.

Happy Australia Day!

To kick off our first show for the year, we are celebrating Australia Day!
It’s that time where we get together with family and friends, crank up the barbie, cook up some snags, prawns and lamb.

Today I will be making a yummy super easy healthy lamb and pumpkin feta salad.

There are a lot of events that take place on Australia Day, you’ll often find Aussies down at the beach having a picnic or at home with the barbie sizzling away and an intense game of backyard cricket in full swing.

One of the most important things is the food, with so many salads to choose from, my lamb pumpkin and feta salad will be a real hit.

A handy hint to remember is that you can cook the lamb and pumpkin the day before and then add your leafy greens and other ingredients on the day.
