One Pot Chicken Laksa
🥣 Ingredients
Chicken breast, sliced
Laksa paste
Coconut cream
Egg noodles
Firm tofu (fried) OPTIONAL
Fish balls
Fish tofu
Bean sprouts
Spring onions
Red onion, chopped
Garlic, minced
Knorr shrimp cube
Fresh coriander

🍜 Easy One-Pot Steps
1.Sauté base – In a large pot, sauté garlic and red onion until fragrant.
2.Add paste – Stir in laksa paste and cook for 1–2 minutes to release flavor.
3.Make broth – Pour in coconut cream plus 2–3 cups water. Add shrimp cube and bring to a gentle boil.
4.Cook protein – Add sliced chicken, fish balls. Simmer for about 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked.
5.Add noodles – Put egg noodles directly into the pot and cook until tender.
6.Add veggies – Stir in bean sprouts and tofu. Cook for 1–2 minutes only.
7.Finish – Top with spring onions, fried tofu and fresh coriander.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy, comforting chicken laksa 🍜
