How meditation actually helps you with this ?

💤Body relaxation

💤Decreasing blood pressure

💤Increasing melatonin production

💤Helps to control and redirect thoughts that not letting you sleep

Try guided meditations till you learn the technique, usually 20 min meditation does the trick for me and I love the technique where I play my day in my head from morning till bed time and later mentally put to sleep my body, starting from my toes, feet, ankles etc...🛌

What is the best place for meditation?🤔

ZHE has prepared for you the list of our favourite places for meditation 🧘

1. Near water source 🌊💦💧🏞️
There is something magical about the energy of water and we are convinced that wishes are granted faster if you make them near the water.⛲
Plus there is nothing better than to start your focus on the water surfaces , calm or changing or if you have your eyes closed, even the only sound of ways or running river can make you feel present and at peace☺️

2. Outdoor Park or Forest🌳🕊️
Same as with meditation near water, meditation in the forest or park is about feeling closer to the nature. You can breathe deeper because air is fresher here and sounds of nature will help your focus. We recommend bringing with you to ward of insects so you Are not disturbed during your meditation🦟🦗

3. Your home😌🧘‍♀️
At your house you have control to eliminate distraction, you feel at ease and comfortable.
Even we refer the to the area as Zen Meditation Zone or Zen Meditation Room you don't have to dedicate the entire room.
The things you need to consider that the space is well aired and clean. 🧹🧽
Clutter will disturb your eyes and mind therefore it should be organized.
Adding elements of pleasant incense smell, special cushion and changing light will all help you to prepare yourself for this ritual 🧿📴

We found below experiment on motivation very interesting

Even 16 month old toddlers are spontaneously oriented to help adults who were in need 90 percent of time 🐣

In a study with 20-month-old toddlers the adult would do something like drop something, leave a door open etc. and then if a child came over to help them, the adults simply did nothing😶

The second condition adult rewarded the toddler for helping . They gave them a toy and said, "Here you get this for having done that" They made it clear that the reward was for the behavior that had just occurred🏆

In second session, children who were helping without reward, continued helping😇. But when rewarded for helping, children's rate of helping went down dramatically👎
Why is that? 😲

Self-determination theory argues that before when the children were helping,
they had what we called an internal perceived locus of causality.
They were helping because they wanted to and they were doing it just out of their own initiative. ☺️
But once they were rewarded for it, something shifted in their psyche about this behavior. 🤔
Now they're helping because of what we call an external perceived locus of causality. 🤨
Because some external event is now the driver of their behavior and motivation reduced from 90 to 54 percent😒

Most people are familiar with ,which is a psycho physical exercise system and that’s the one you see demonstrated most on television because it has visual value. You can see all these exercises with Lotus positions and people curling their legs around their necks and doing all sorts of marvelous exercises.🧘‍♀️

Then there is, Bhakti means devotion. And I suppose in general you might say that Christianity is a form of bhakti yoga. Because it is yoga practice through extreme reverence for love for some being felt more or less external to one’s self who is the representative of the divine✝️

Then there is Karma means action and incidentally that’s all it means. It does not mean the law of cause and effect when we say that something that happens to you is your karma all it saying is it’s your own doing. Nobody’s in charge of karma except you. Karma Yoga is the way of action.Of using one’s everyday life one’s trade or unathletic discipline like sailing or surf riding or track running as your way of yoga as your way of discovering who you are⛵

Then there’s . That’s the Royal yoga, and that involves very complicated psychic exercises having to do with awakening the certain power⚕️

And then finally there is there are several others as which is the practice through chanting of humming either out loud or silently certain sounds🔔

Jnana Is the state in which one is clearly awake and aware. Of the world as it is. As distinct from the world as it is described. In other words in the state of jnana you stop thinking. That is to say of what you feel. What you sense even that saying too much you suddenly find that the past and the future completely disappeared. So also have disappeared the so-called differentiation between the un and the known the subject in the object the feel around the feeling the thinker in the thought they just aren’t there because you have to talk to yourself to maintain those things.
