🪵REAL WOOD - REAL FLAVOUR🔥
It was our pleasure to design, engineer and craft this Stainless Steel Rotisserie for the Croatian Catholic Centre Summer Hill
This impressive unit can easily cook 12 animals at once. It features 6 shafts, each at just under 3m long. The shafts are driven by a single industrial motor via chain and sprockets.
One of the key features is its Four Large glass doors. These doors cover the long sides allowing for easy viewing whilst keeping the temperature inside. This allows the master chef to monitor the cook without having to open doors and loose heat.
Designed to be Fueled by timber. Cooking just the way that our ancestors did for the ultimate smoky flavour. Several key considerations had to be made to ensure smooth operation. With this is mind we added doors to the short sides so that the fire can be easily be reloaded with more timber. Beneath the central fire basket sits a finer grate to catch the falling embers. A removeable tray sits below this catching all the ash for easy clean up.
Under the animals sit drip trays which lead to one side, catching all the drippings into a container external to the unit. This aids in the clean up and maintenance whilst avoiding any flare ups.
All stainless steel panels are double skinned creating a highly efficient oven. This has certainly raised the bar in Australia. We have certainly come along way since re-purposed washing machine motors and scaffolding poles.
We thank Fr. Davor and the community for putting their trust in us. We are truly proud of what we have created. We look forward to watching it serve the community for many years to come.
