A collection designed for the moments that make a stay memorable.

For The EVE Hotel, we created a collection of everyday rituals: shampoo, conditioner and a scented hand soap

A considered extension of the Saardé world into hospitality, where scent, texture and the smallest details become part of how a place is remembered.

Cultivated across the Mediterranean and Middle East, chickpeas have travelled from kitchen to kitchen, crossing borders and generations along the way. Roasted, stewed, ground, mashed and shared around tables in countless different forms.

The Chickpea Collection began with a different kind of connection. We looked to the heritage and skill our makers already carry, using a traditional Turkish weave called Nohut — meaning chickpea. Look closely and you can see where the name comes from, in the small, raised texture woven throughout the cloth.

From there came colour, pattern and the smaller details, shaping a towel that feels thick, enveloping and full of texture. We found something charming in the history, and in the little shape that inspired it all.

An olive tree can take years before it gives its first harvest. Then, season after season, it gives again.

Cooled by the breeze from the Aegean Coast, our olive groves in Türkiye sit beneath long stretches of sun, their branches heavy with fruit as the seasons turn. The olives are gathered, pressed and transformed into nourishing oil that has found its way into kitchens, around tables and into our everyday routine.

For our Hand & Body Wash, we chose Turkish olive oil. An ingredient rich in heritage, woven into the food, rituals and traditions of the Aegean for generations. We loved the idea of bringing a little of that story into the everyday.

The crinkle in the Enes Bedding isn’t an accident. Carefully crafted in Türkiye using fresh Turkish cotton, the yarn is twisted, then boiled, before it’s ever woven, that’s what gives this fabric its texture. My dear mum’s convinced it needs a good iron. Thankfully, it’s staying just as it is. - Verity x

OPA!

A little word that can carry a lot. Joy, excitement, celebration, surprise. In Greece, it’s an expression you might hear around a table, in the middle of a meal, as something is shared, poured or passed from one person to the next.

It’s no secret that food and cooking are close to our hearts. Beyond the simple pleasure of eating, they offer a way to connect with different cultures, learn their stories and carry traditions from one generation to the next.

Earlier this year, we gathered at our Redfern store to celebrate the launch of OPA! A vibrant celebration of the food, people and lively spirit of Greece’s beloved tavernas, brought to life through 80 recipes from the brilliant Helena and Vikki Moursellas

This is my first piece from of the ‘moments’ collection. I was inspired by the spaces we often move through without noticing those gentle shifts between clarity and uncertainty, light and shadow, memory and instinct. Each piece is an abstract reflection of these inner landscapes, created with soft, layered vertical strokes that hint at drifting forms, fading structures, or passing thoughts. - Shenol

Türkiye isn’t a country we just visit for work. It’s part of me and where I come from. Our relationships with the makers there go back many, many years, most are multi-generational family businesses we’ve worked with for long enough to get to know both the grandparents and the children. Years of visits, too many questions, and watching the process up close, that’s where our understanding actually comes from.

Nostalgic memories of our fathers

For Shenol, it was late afternoons in Turkey, perched on his father’s shoulders as they visited neighbours, pasta with yoghurt and sugar, and a simple reminder that family is the one thing we must never let fall.

For Verity, it was a pile of books beneath the Christmas tree, crumbed lamb cutlets with mint sauce, and the quiet encouragement to follow her dreams wherever they might lead.

Some things stay with us. We’re celebrating the fathers and the memories we cherish with them.
