Property staging is so much more than placing furniture in a home.

It's about creating a lifestyle, evoking emotion, and helping buyers imagine their future.

After three rewarding days of styling my first major staging project, I'm beyond excited with the outcome and even more excited to see it captured through the photographer's lens.

This is just the beginning for EDIT by Tooba.

From homes to hospitality, no two days are ever the same.

Today I spent time on site with my clients, walking through spaces, discussing ideas, solving design challenges, and turning visions into clear design direction.

It's these conversations and site visits that lay the foundation for thoughtful, functional, and beautifully considered spaces.

Feeling grateful to be trusted with such exciting projects.

Design Show Australia highlights wrap up!

From beautifully crafted joinery hardware and innovative storage solutions to statement lighting, fireplaces, and furniture, it was inspiring to see so many brands pushing the boundaries of design and functionality.

A special mention to Ydl stone, turner and Hastings, Bondi Spaces, Hettich, Mamo, Intrim, Adora Designs, Fire by Escea, and the incredible lighting exhibitors that reminded us how much impact thoughtful details can have on a space.

Events like these are a great reminder that great design is never just about aesthetics, it's about creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, and designed to enhance the way we live every day.

Soaked in so many ideas and solutions so excited for this week's client meetings with my running and upcoming projects.

Exploring the latest finishes, textures, and colour palettes that help bring depth, warmth, and personality to a space. As designers, material selections play such a crucial role in creating interiors that feel cohesive, timeless, and uniquely tailored to each client.
