Instructions:

Prepare the wings:
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place them in a large bowl and toss with olive oil to coat evenly.

Season the wings:
In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning over the wings, tossing to ensure they are evenly coated. 🌟 Prep time: 10 minutes.

Preheat the smoker:
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Add your chosen wood chips for a steady smoke.

Smoke the wings:

Glaze the wings (optional):
