Welcome to my bird woman world of painting, drawing, inking and thinking!
My name is Anita Monika and I am one of those emerging artists who has an extraordinarily difficult time actually emerging! I am just a homely hermit and love spending my time creating art, cuddling my birds, being out in nature and playing the piano. My loves, feelings and thoughts are often reflected in the artworks I create.
I work in two very different styles. One is my Indian Ink brush drawings on watercolour paper, which are often accented with a touch of colour. The other is my Acrylic paintings on stretched canvas, which are mostly of landscapes, some real, some imagined.
I sell my originals and also prints, and also my designs on lovely home items such as cushions and mugs. I also do commissions from time to time. If you are interested in any of my work or have an idea for an artwork you would like specially created, feel free to contact me about it!
