Walls in the bathroom get a bad rap. My last post on using a wall as a shower screen sparked a lot of debate, so here’s the full case for them.

Some people hear “that won’t work” and do it anyway😅 Know your constraints before you design… your space will thank you.

Stop counting drawers!!
The #1 thing every functional kitchen needs is better planned internals… storage designed around how you actually use the space, not just how it looks.

Everyone wants a bigger kitchen, but nobody can actually handle it 😅

More space means more walking. That’s the trade-off… not a design flaw.

Family of 7. One kitchen. Zero quiet nights. This is why I design the way I do 🍝

The difference between builder-grade and designed comes down to details like these.

I didn’t set out to build this business — it kind of built itself.

I used to think I had to chase the big, high-end, magazine-worthy projects to be a “real” designer. But the more I did this, the more I realised that’s not what most people actually need.

What people needed was help with the thing in front of them — an existing plan, a layout that wasn’t working, a few questions answered. Not a full reno. Not a huge budget.

You don’t need a massive project to deserve good design advice. Sometimes you just need help getting unstuck.

Stop looking at everyone else’s home and start paying attention to your own. Your taste isn’t found by scrolling more… it’s found by scrolling less.

4 things every wardrobe gets wrong.

Which one hits closest to home?

I turned a sunset into a kitchen. 🌅

This is the first episode of Stolen from the Everyday… a new series where I take the things you’re drawn to in everyday life and turn them into a real design solution.

First one’s mine. Drop a colour, place, or texture from your everyday below and I might design yours next. 👇
