I cooked 4x chicken thigh fillets utilising the TM7's Browning mode. Then 5 seconds reverse on speed 4 and I have shredded chicken for sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc.
I also use this method for chicken breast. Its such a time saver to have shredded chicken on hand and is much cheaper making it myself than buying store bought.

These little pots from The Mix Shop are so cute and the perfect size for portion control. I did a chia yoghurt in the bottom with homemade greek yoghurt, lime curd then a crunchy granola on top. Kids loved them and they can serve and a breakfast treat or dessert! 🥰🥰🥰

My TM7 saves me money every single week!
