Thank you to all who donated to my Jeans For Genes fundraiser! We raised almost $500, that’s huge, I can’t thank you all enough!

Below are some chocolate fudge cupcakes topped with a cream cheese frosting died green for my best friends going away. Green is his favourite colour so I saw only fit that the frosting be green as well.

Hey Everyone!

Very soon I will be doing my baking fundraiser for Jeans for Genes Day! I will be posting photos and videos of all of my creations, plus I will be sharing my recipes and any special techniques I use along the way. Every creation will have a touch of blue in it for the fundraiser, luckily it is my favourite colour ;)

Hey Everyone!

Again, I am so sorry for letting this page go dark for a while, I finished University for the year and got some incredible results including 2 Dean award nominations so I have been celebrating and working very hard on creating some new ideas for you all for the holiday season.

Christmas is my absolute most favourite time of year, especially from a food point of view. From Christmas puddings to Christmas cake to rum balls to a roast dinner and to all the other delicious recipes people create for this special time of year. Christmas is also my favourite time of year because it brings all the family and friends together to celebrate the year and to reconnect with one another, which has been extremely important after what we have been through the last two years with the COVID pandemic.

I bake A LOT at Christmas (and that's an understatement) so be prepared to see a lot of recipes and creations over the next month while I celebrate everything that is Christmas with you. Some recipes I'll be posting include:
