LIFE and FORK Cooking School is passionate about encouraging and inspiring people to explore with food. It’s the only all-abilities cooking school in the Macedon Ranges. Whether you have been cooking for years, or just starting out, an adult or a young person, Erica's extensive experience and coaching skills will help you develop your own knowledge of food. As 2025 draws to a gentle close, I’m looking back with so much gratitude.
At Life & Fork, every dish we’ve created this year has been a reflection of our values—inspire-learn and the joy of sharing.

To the 14 wellness retreats I had the honour of catering: thank you for trusting me to provide “food as medicine.” Helping nourish your journeys from the inside out has been a true privilege.

To my 14 weekly students who joined me every Monday through Wednesday: you are the heart of my kitchen. Watching you gain the confidence to take agency over your food choices—and seeing that “I can do this!” —is why I do what I do. From our festive chocolate trees to your incredible mystery box creations, you have left me in total awe of your skills and spirit.

To the entire Life & Fork community, our families, and our gnocchi-loving friends : thank you.

We’re thrilled to be offering NDIS cooking classes in Term 2 at the Macedon Ranges Further Education Centre (). From one-on-one sessions to social and afterschool classes, there’s something for every kind of young cook.

Perfect time to start thinking about heartier, wintery dishes — and a little more time in the kitchen.

Due to retreat bookings and private events, there won’t be any additional adult classes in May. But we’ll be back in June with our Winter Adult Series. A cosy season of cooking, learning, and sharing meals with others who love food as much as you do.
