Features - fluted wall behind the stairs, textred art in the niche, under stairs storage which is functional yet elegant

Fluted wall: manor oak finish
Stone for the caninet benchtop: Blanco drift
Caninet finish: White cotton
Wall paint: Natural white

Neev by the Cove - A shell cove waterfront luxury Residence.

Designed as a warm coastal retreat, this entry experience was envisioned to feel calm, refined, and quietly luxurious from the moment you arrive.

Layered timber detailing, soft ambient lighting, and sculptural staircase forms were carefully composed to create both intimacy and architectural elegance within the space.

Every detail was designed to shape not only how the home looks, but how it feels to live in.
