Welcoming you all into 2026 with a grandiose piece, so fittingly named Adele, French meaning classic charm & underlying elegance 👌

She’s been painted with a matte finish paint and sealed with light sweeps of guilding wax to highlight those beautiful appliqués even more. I love the softness of this finish and is now ready to take centre stage in her new home.

Fresh, relaxed elegance in the shape of this once mahogany sleigh bed and bedsides. Porcelain by was opted for the cool mid tone white, which also provides exceptional coverage. Thank you to my client who has been a pillar of support over the past 2 years aswell, I so appreciate it!

Meet Miss Molly

Chateau Grey AS chalk paint and a blend of different waxes and the teeniest tiniest little k**b to create this truly perfect piece for my home. Isn’t she adorabubble?

Originally I was going to name her Polly, as in Polly Pocket because of her small stature, and she’s a little pocket rocket lol However when I shared my name with Rusty, who so kindly collected the piece for me in Bendigo, he told me the lady he collected from had a beautiful elderly dog named Molly, and that he would name her that. It’s just another uncanny moment in “Dollywood”

Some days don’t you just wish you’d dunk your head into the sink of an endless trough of coffee? 😂

Although there’s no broken glass, there’s a broken leg after lugging her solo to the truck yesterday, but with some minor repairs is totally fixable.

I guess there’s an analogy in this too, and totally relevant in this industry, derived from J.R.R Tolkien insert -

“All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;”
