We’ve been pretty busy over the past few days with a bunch of new customers and a few big sets, along with some filleting knives!

You can really see the hard use on this knife in the top picture. After repairing the edge, sharpening and polishing we got it sorted for him and he’ll get a few more years out of it yet (with regular sharpens). Check out the huge difference in the bottom photo.
