A little reminder today that you never really know what someone might be carrying behind closed doors.

Some people will tell you when they’re struggling, while others will keep showing up, smiling, working, caring for everyone else and quietly carrying their own load.

So check in on your people. Send the message, make the call, sit down and have a yarn. And if someone tells you they’re not okay, you don’t have to have all the answers sometimes they just need someone who will genuinely listen and be there.

And remember to check in with yourself too. It’s okay to admit when things feel heavy and to lean on the people around you.

A simple “Are you okay?” might be the conversation someone really needed today. 💛

Be kind, check on your mob and keep checking in even after today 💛💛
