Art installation day for my lovely client.
Using commissioned and sentimental pieces throughout, we have created a very personal and welcoming home. Thanks Mahalia .art for the very special commissioned pieces. Janet is so happy with all four pieces and is so excited to see her beloved dog Daisy everyday. was chosen for their patience,(thanks for letting me take the time to choose exactly the right frames and board). passion, expertise and quality work to frame the commissioned artwork. We are so grateful for the quick turnaround and Janet could not be happier with the end result. Thanks Frank for your patience and time to install every piece exactly where I wanted. As you move throughout each room now there is a feeling of joy and quiet. Artwork is not always about purchasing for investment, it is the emotional connection, memory prompt and the smile it brings. What do you think? The most successful jobs for me are definitely when I see my client smile recognise their home and relax. We all love a good before and after, and this kitchen doesn’t disappoint.
A very tired and dated room that was dark, cramped, with very little bench space now has a new and improved layout that opens up the long narrow room bathing it in light and creating ample bench space with added inclusions for everyday living. This kitchen now fits perfectly with the rest of the apartment.

A before and after of the bathroom that is part of a full renovation in a 1970 build apartment.
Lots of constraints to work around but in the end a peaceful spacious and modern bathroom with just enough midcentury modern detail for a sympathetic nod to the past. If you would like more details for this bathroom, reach out through the link in my bio or DM to chat.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a relaxing holiday time.
I would just like to say Thank you to all my amazing clients who trusted me to help them this year with small and large projects, and the best trades who work so hard to bring all these projects to completion I consider myself very fortunate to work with them all.
Have a well deserved holiday everyone!
I will be taking a short break from 23/12- 8/1/25.

Welcome home! This entry hall has come alive with warm touches of timber, rattan, lush hall runner and artwork very special to the home owners. A touch of glamour in the gold framed mirror and beautiful pendant finish off another space in this new build. Can’t wait to start the next room. Such gorgeous clients. I’m especially looking forward to having a special assistant to help with all the measuring. See you soon Xavier!
