Lou’s Calming Scents creates affordable, hand poured soy wax candles and wax melts. What started as a hobby and creative outlet has become a true passion and each product is hand poured with a whole lot of love & care and all materials are locally sourced from other small businesses in Australia. Please be aware that as each candle is hand poured, there may be some differences or imperfections due

to the nature of the soy wax. However, I believe this adds to the uniqueness of your product and will not impact the burning of your candle. Returns/ Replacement Policy:

I accept returns on all unopened/unused items within 10 days of purchase. Items damaged during shipment must have photographic proof of damage, including the box within 48 hrs. of delivery. This is because the carrier puts certain limitations on ME for claims on damaged shipments and require that I provide them with these things in a timely manner.
