What an absolute ‘stellar’ of a day we had today our September fair Collectorama Fair ..
We met so many of our followers and had some wonderful chats about all things antique and vintage..
So many of our treasures were admired and given new homes..
These girls were snapped up quickly ( as I knew they would) amongst many other goodies..
But … Don’t worry, we are back for the next one in November with treasure I didn’t even have time to unpack!!!!
Plus a horde of fresh new goodies…

Original 1960s ‘Winky’ hologram eyed doll..Original earrings and made from molded plastic and jointed arms and legs..
She would have originally had a grass skirt..
She is in beautiful condition for her age and is definitely a collectors item.
Great item for the mid century’kitsch’ collectors..
Hologram eyes still in perfect working order..

The hubbys idea on what to do with the avocado skins ..
Fill them with homemade compost and place the veggie seeds and when they sprout it’s straight into the garden with no disturbance to the seedlings and away they go..The roots perforate straight through the old skins..Such a great way to repurpose discarded produce 🥑

Nambour Collectorama for all things antique vintage and everything in between..
Be amazed at the selection and amount of wonderful items to tempt you..
There are ATMS available, but please bring cash as most traders (and we’re one of the many) do not have access to eftpos…
There are Coffee and food vendors available to enjoy some refreshments while taking a break and sneak a peek at the treasures you have found..
The weather is promising to be a fantastic day, so grab a friend, a neighbour or a poor suffering husband and get to Nambour Collectorama on Saturday…
