It’s back - 36 months interest free! With the cost of living increasing - what better time to invest in a thermomix and make more food from scratch. I save so much on my grocery bills every week 🙂

Summer Dahl on a cold winter’s night. We increased the chilli!
This one is from the Sam Wood collection on cookidoo and is super quick to make. Change up the veggies to suit what you have on hand. This one is a low budget meal using some pantry staples and some fresh veg. Delicious :)

Budget friendly food - home made flour tortillas! I could buy 6 for about $4.50 or make 16 at home with some flour oil salt baking powder and 45 minutes of my day. The homemade ones taste so much more amazinv too. You work out the savings!

Corned beef with mustard sauce from the Simply Delicious cookbook. So many wonderful recipes to be found here. I love that this is all done in layers. I cooked potato and mashed it at the end. Feeds a crowd and a family favourite.

Winter warmer dinner in this freezing Melbourne weather - Lasagna bolognese! It is a winner dish, feeds a crowd and we usually also have leftovers. A great way to load up extra veg and I also change out half the meat for a budget friendly can of lentils.
