Slow Cooker Beef Stew

3 cubed pieces of Oyster blade steak
1 chopped brown onion
3 potatoes with skin on
3 carrots with skin on
1 cup of Diced pumpkin
1/2 cup Green beans
500ml beef stock
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire
S&P to taste

Now I really like marshmallows with coconut and seen this one with salted caramel and coconut I just had to try it.

But there is absolutely no taste of salted caramel which is very disappointing although it just tastes like they're roasted coconut marshmallows 🀷🏻

Kellogg's ANZ Crunchy Nut & sultana cookies πŸͺ

Preheat oven at 180Β° C

60gm softened butter
1/3cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup self raising flour
1/2cup sultanas
1/2cup crunchy nut corn flakes

Mix sugar and softened butter together then add the egg then add the flour mixing mix it with the sultanas you go add a quarter of the corn flakes crunched up to the mix the rest dip the balls you create into the rest of the crunchy nuts cornflakes

This mix makes eight very good size cookies baking time 15 to 20 minutes rest on the baking tray to let them firm up once you remove them from the oven enjoy with a coffee β˜•
