What a whirlwind it has been! 💃🕺🌸

A huge **CONGRATULATIONS to all of our beautiful school formal kids** and especially Em (pictured), who have been getting dressed up, celebrating, dancing the night away and making memories! 🥂✨

It has been SO busy here at Gypsy Flowers creating all your gorgeous **corsages and buttonholes**, and I just want to say a massive **thank you** to every single one of you who chose me to be a little part of your special night. 💕

I absolutely love seeing how each corsage comes together to complement the dresses, suits and individual styles — and knowing you’re heading off to your formal wearing something I’ve created makes my florist heart very happy! 🌿🌸

Native Wedding Flowers -
There’s something so magical about a country wedding where the flowers feel like they belong right there in the landscape. 🌿🤍

Back in May, I had the absolute pleasure of creating the florals for **Emily & Joseph’s beautiful wedding at Loch Lomond** — a stunning country setting that was the perfect backdrop for their day.

The brief was all about embracing those gorgeous native textures, with **rustic banksias** taking centre stage alongside an abundance of beautiful seasonal blooms.

And one of my favourite details? Creating flowers to complement **five different coloured bridesmaid dresses** — each dress bringing its own tone and personality, while all the flowers tied beautifully together as one cohesive, wild and natural palette. 🌾🌸

The result was relaxed, romantic and wonderfully earthy — a little bit wild, a little bit rustic, and completely at home in the country.

Emily & Joseph, thank you for trusting me with such an important part of your day. It was an absolute joy to bring your floral vision to life. 🤎

Today, yellow isn't just a colour.

It's hope.
It's courage.
It's remembering those we've lost.
It's standing beside those still fighting.
It's celebrating those who have survived.

Cancer has touched my family, my friends, and so many people in our beautiful community. That's why supporting Daffodil Day means so much to me.

Today, every bunch of daffodils purchased from Gypsy Flowers by Helena helps support the Cancer Council and the incredible work they do for Australians affected by cancer.

If you're able, I'd love for you to pop in and take home a bunch. Buy them for someone you love. Buy them in memory of someone you'll never forget. Buy them simply because together, we can bring hope to others.

Our daffodils are here, and every bunch sold this week is helping support the Cancer Council.
