Although we love making projects just for us, we are also keen to share ideas, themes, creations & techniques using Design Team kits, challenge commitments and swap groups topics as well as any Customer Orders that come in. MOST IMPORTANTLY - this is my HOBBY!! I love to share my passion for Paper Crafts. This next one isn’t quite done right.
This is what happens when concentration is divided. I completely missed a whole design element step. 🤦‍♀️
I do very much enjoy the local cropping & socialising, however sometimes it becomes overloading & overwhelming to be distracted.

But anyway. This was fun to use a few tools for this project. Plenty of layers and papers means that the rest of the layout can be left fairly clean, as the design already does all the hard work. 🙂

I loved making this one.
Although there is a triangle in the corner, the focus piece is actually the striped piece over the top.

For the layout on the right side of the double, has turned the corners into pockets.

I loved the opportunity to take the basic photo matting to the extra step by adding in the pull out large tags that work perfectly for matting.
Each one can hold 2 photos on each side. How awesome is that!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending the local CM scrapbooking crop group session.

Last month I struggled to get all of the projects I wanted to do within the time frame, but this month, I limited the embellishment extras and was able to fly through the layouts.

The first two projects had a heavy feature on the corner papers. I added a few extra layers and bonus challenge was to use “Seasonal themed” papers / colours.

The crafty swap group I’m in is having some birthday celebrations.
One of the inspiration shares was to make cards using a sketch.
There were 3 sketches to choose from, so of course I used all 3… 😆😆

Decided to use the same papers for all, to keep them cohesive. And the black & white printable fussy cuts designed and shared by Kerry Charles fits these perfectly to pop off all of those colours and bring focus back on to the feature piece.

You know when you just keep going and going and going.
Well, that is what happen here.. lol
And I still have plenty leftover for future swaps too..

I used Scrapbook Fantasies colour cuts, Close to my Heart papers and Celebr8 goodies.

Throw on some brads, sequeins, chipboard, lace, flowers, metal charms and it all came together very easy. :)

This card has already reached the hands of my swap partner and I'm so grateful they really like it.. yay!!

Using an old Graphic 45 collection. I was wanted to include as much of the "good ol sport" paper pad as I could, so I added in the front flip, did a collage backing and added the squares to catch the eye when opened.

The message actually gets included normally when the card is flipped up.. :)

Recently in the crafting swap group I'm in, they had some challenges to inspire creativity and engagment.
I chose to do hand sewing, as I was online with a group chat at the time, but it's a bit hidden once I added some extra pieces on top.. lol
