Throwback to June 2025, on my Eid vacation I gave a treat to myself by going on a solo trip to Kathmandu. On the last day of my vacation I had breakfast on this "Himalayan Java Coffee". This was one of the best places for breakfast there. Eggs were fried just like the way I asked them to make! 🥹

The food presentation, the atmosphere, and the people were simply amazing. ❤️

I went to this small and sweet cafe shop near my office to fulfill my sudden chocolate cake cravings, and it didn't disappoint me at all.

Almost a fudgy cake frosted with chocolate only will make you feel like eating Cadbury chocolate as a cake version! However, I would like the cake to be a bit moist. RECOMMENDED 😊

This is how a Thursday evening meeting with two old ex-colleagues/friends after almost 4 years looks like: gossip, untold stories, reminiscing old stories, loads of laughter with a hot drink in hand. Mine was definitely the & they ordered ☕ . ❤️

Life has gotten busier than it used to be, and I don't have the energy or personal time I used to have, which helps me forget about this cruel world. And only this kind of delicious meal has the power to instantly lift your spirits!

This was my second time trying out this item and I loved every bit of it. A perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess of the white sauce, perfect portion of chicken steak on top with toasted garlic bread as a side; enough for one person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 🔥
